Very descriptive! Thanks for the info!
Very interesting! We are thinking about moving to Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City looks pretty wild, like an awesome place to visit, but not to live. Wondering how a licensed, certified nurse practitioner would fare in Vietnam. Our thoughts of moving to Vietnam are in their infancy right, so we have much to learn before we venture there. Thanks for the very non-commercial and realistic review of Ho Chi Minh City.
Why would anyone want to live in hell-holes like those, unless they are insane, or have a death-wish or want to punish themselves for some deep feeling of guilt and regret?
Aren't there any good places to live in Vietnam? Decent, normal living? I don't ride bikes or eat garbage in the street. My food is organic fruits– the only food that is natural and healthy…
I do love Vietnamese culture, music… and the people of Vietnam is gentle, beautiful and sweet, generally speaking…
Best review of Saigon's districts I've ever seen. I lived there for over a year in two different districts and after seeing your review Im even happier with my choices.
Phu my hung is real nice, I loved it there, I paid about$300 for a small studio. It's also a good hub to go to smaller, interesting towns if you have a motorcycle
great video,thanks
Also, I am a city kid, not country kid
I know where to live, because I have a condo near by Landmark 81
I have been living in SaiGon over 2 years. I stayed in district 1, 3, and currently in Bình Thanh.
Bing Thanh district looks promising:)
First time I've seen someone cover all the districts in HCMC. Love Saigon my go to OS destination! I've always stayed at various locations in district 1 & 3. Recently checked out district 7 which is indeed little Korea. A fair way from Saigon central but won't break the bank if you get a Grab bike there. It's great being in walking distance of most places but the smog was really bad in district one last winter. District 7 isn't as edgy but has healthier air.
đường liên quan gì đến china ở đây nha , không nên nhắc đến họ
Am a esl teacher living in europe. I teach online with a vietnamese school. Love these people and their mannerisms (my perpsective). Made me want to find out more about this country. Your video definitely removed the rosey lens and put things into clearer view. Just wondering how "your perspective" as a foreigner living abroad sincerely matches with who these Vietanmese people truly are.
actually I think it's spelled Vo Thanh; there is a traffic circle there somewhere
Great Great video tips, your best one yet, can you do Vung Tau, and Da Dinh (pronounded Ya Dinh); and Vo Tanh? I use to live there. I don't know what districts they are in; I have not been back to VN since 1975 when I was about 12 years old, Thanks, I'm 57 now
Man, this was a great video. I'm looking at moving to Vietnam, I am a Marine who lived in Japan for ten years. Your video was funny as hell and honest. Gave me a good idea what to expect. Thanks
Recommendations in where to live in Saigon??…….Ha don't! Saigon fell and Communism took over! That's why it is still a second rate, 3rd world country!
Please do a video for a city to retire in Vietnam.
Honda civic is trash economy kid car
missed inform dude… there are 2 BIG modern shopping malls in Ho Chi Minh City.
Lol
I love District 4. Always stay there when I come back to Vietnam.
that's Saigon unless your a commie fuck 🙂
Hi, I'm from Indo. I already visited Ho Chi Minh D1 twice before I watched this video, your content is so informative and great! Now I know more about other Districts.
I lived in district 5 before.
LOL you crack me up when you are walking, talking about that rich prick in the white Honda
I've been watching this video and I'm about a third way through and it didn't sound like a place I want to visit
So I'm curious………..which District do you live in??
You definitely mentioned key districts here. However, within inner city Tan Binh district is one of the interesting district as well. There are also outer districts where most immigrants living, so they are mostly deserted every holiday seasons.
Great video. A map of Saigon with each district would have help to visualize each location!
What's up with the foal language?
Bui Vien, the cultural heart of Vietnam.
Another awesome video bro. Well thought out content. Wish I seen this video 2 months ago. Been to Vietnam 3 times and knew nothing about the districts. Keep up the great videos. Officially subscribed !!!
Yeah I'm rich but I drive a Honda Civic. Kind of ironic don't you think
Brutally honest, I loved it, caused its truth, and I am Vietnamese American, and i don't plan to live there anytime soon. Hum, not been back in 30 years and still trashy, misbehaving, and pocketing….no thanks. Its time to educate yourself or be gone. Please do not destroy a 5000 years cultures because of Vietnamese communist brainwashed. So pathetic, embarrassment, and disrespectful yourself, your community, and your country.
I am targeting at Young Vietnamese people, if you understand this, then its you who will change and shapes Vietnamese culture to the next respectable level compare to our neighbors and around the world.
I always want to be a frog lives outside a well than a frog inside/ or bottom of a well. Don't you think so ?
Wow, it is very good guide, thank you! You don't really care about districts of Tan Binh, Binh Tan and Tan Phu, do you?:-)
Lol dude for real, ì you think thao dien traffic is nuts, hang out in Hanoi…
But truth, D2 is over rated
Very informative indeed. I thought District 5 was the most central one of them all in HCMC after looking at a map! I guess I have to re-plan my move to Vietnam from scratch! Thanks a lot
Ugh. The way you speak about Vietnam is rude. Disappointed
Lol "rich pricks" don't drive civics. Those are usually grab drivers who take out huge loans and end up making 200k in profit most days. The rich pricks are the ones on mercs, beamers or other luxury european brands.
Great video
love your vids bro. very informative
Superb! This is the kind of format I was looking for (in a video explaining about a city).
Rents are so cheap! Even in District One. OK, are most 4 & 5 star restaurants located in District One? I can't seem to find a good list of the best eateries in Saigon. Got any ideas
where I can find top rated restaurants? (No street food. Been there, done that). Thanks
Hey man I really like your videos. They are funny, informative and very entertaining. I wish there were more videos to watch on your channel.
